I have had really poor experiences in working with car dealers in the past. My guard was up really high!!! If all dealerships would be like this it would make purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. Randy was awesome. I had a not so great experience with another Mazda dealer earlier in the day.. That night, I called Eich and spoke with Randy. He went out of his way to find me the perfect car at the perfect price and interest rate!! And, he didn't mind when I texted him at 6am the next day with questions. He responded immediately. He explained the Mazda features well and helped me set up my bluetooth. He was also very efficient, which I appreciate, because no one wants to sit at a car dealership for 3 hours!
I was so excited to get there (I live in Plymouth, MN). When I did, the car was in the showroom with a giant bow on the top. It was the greatest finishing touch, and I LOVED it! The doors opened and I got to drive it out. The experience was priceless.
And, he did introduce me to the service team. One guy took some time to chat with us, and he was great. Even though I live in the Twin Cities, if anyone ever asks me about a car or where to get one, I will definitely recommend Eich.

Jeff did an amazing job - no pressure - very knowledgeable - the best salesmen we found from all the surrounding lots - and we stopped at them all - some more than once. Jeff was the only one that didn't bash the competition - he let your product speak for itself if you will. We actually started out with other vehicles in mind and through the process Mazda stood out as did Jeff's salesmanship - it seemed as if he wanted us to find what we were looking for even if it wasn't built by your company; putting people (prospective customers) first over a sale or commission - we hope the car runs as well as the process has gone so far and look forward to being Mazda owners - he even helped us decide on adding some extras that didn't come with the car (or at least the model we were looking at) roof racks and rails as well as a remote starter. We can see why he has been with your company so long.
Thanks for the fun buying experience and hopefully the service center (over the years) will be just as impressive.
